TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Trowbridge Plumbing LLC (MN Master Plumber License # PM061315)
1. SCOPE OF MASTER PLUMBING SERVICES
By accessing our website, reserving online service packages ($3,000, $4,500, $5,000, $8,000, $12,000), or dispatching our emergency master plumbers, you agree to these Terms of Service. All plumbing services are performed by licensed Minnesota Master Plumbers (License # PM061315) operating out of 15310 Panola Dr, Lindstrom, MN 55045.
2. TRANSPARENT FLAT-RATE PRICING & DEPOSITS
All prices displayed represent upfront, flat-rate pricing tiers. Any on-site additions or site-specific modifications (such as municipal main connection surcharges) require written authorization before work commences. Payment processing is completed securely through Stripe.
3. WARRANTEES & GUARANTEES
Emergency pipe repairs include a Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee. Hydro-jetting services include a 5-Year Clog-Free Guarantee. Whole-home trenchless sewer replacements include a 10-Year Transferable Structural Warranty. Warranties cover defect in workmanship and materials supplied by Trowbridge Plumbing LLC.
4. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Chisago County, Minnesota.
